When customers cannot pay

The Stripe key of the shop stopped working: customers see an error instead of the card form. The check notices it, names the cause and alerts you.

What you see in the video

1. The shop has an invalid Stripe key.
2. The checkout check reaches the checkout, but the card form does not load — Stripe rejects the key.
3. Business Watchdog reports «customers cannot pay» with the cause and the step.
4. You get the alert by e-mail or Telegram.
